- I’m a home cook and homebrewer who switched to veganism for health and ethical reasons. Along the way I also dropped more than 35 pounds (and am still losing weight), dropped my cholesterol to the 150's, saved money, and lowered my contribution to climate change. What's not to like about going vegan?
